Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. Who we are

Cambrian Hub (“we”, “us”) operates the website at cambrianhub.com. This policy explains what personal data the website handles and how. It covers the marketing site only; the Cambrian Hub CRM product has its own policy at crm.cambrianhub.com/privacy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. If you book a call or contact us by email, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message, to respond and to prepare for the conversation.

Analytics and event data. We measure how the site is used: page views, clicks, and funnel steps such as reaching the booking page, together with technical data (IP address, browser type, referrer, landing page) and attribution data from your visit (campaign parameters, a session identifier). Event data is pseudonymous: it is linked to a session, not to your name.

Cookies. We set two first-party cookies: ch_consent stores your analytics and marketing consent choices (180 days), and ch_attr stores attribution for your visit (campaign source, referrer, landing page, session id).

3. Analytics and consent

Analytics and marketing tags (Google Tag Manager, and Plausible Analytics where enabled) load only after you consent. Consent defaults to denied, in line with Consent Mode v2: before you choose, nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies is set and no measurement tags fire. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner, or by clearing the ch_consent cookie.

4. How we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule and prepare calls, understand which content and campaigns work, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data.

5. Service providers

We use the following providers to run the website. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

  • Vercel — hosting and delivery of the site.
  • Supabase — storage of site events and enquiry data.
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics (EU-hosted), where enabled.
  • Google — Google Tag Manager for consent-based measurement, only after you consent.

6. International transfers

Most of these providers operate in the United States and other countries. Using the site means personal data may be stored and processed outside the United Arab Emirates and outside your own country. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by the relevant provider.

7. Retention

Consent and attribution cookies last up to 180 days. Analytics and event data is kept while it remains useful for understanding the site in aggregate and is then deleted or anonymised. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle it and to meet legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to withdraw consent. Because most site measurement is pseudonymous, tell us roughly when you visited and what you did and we will find the records. Contact us at the address below.

9. Children

The site is directed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
